Black History Month Cooking Class Celebration 2/26/26
Thursday February 26 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Join Chef Eli for a vibrant culinary experience honoring the rich history, resilience, and creativity of African American culture—one recipe at a time. In this hands-on cooking class, we’ll explore iconic dishes rooted in the African diaspora, Southern traditions, soul food and generations of family kitchens.
Participants will learn the stories behind some of Chef Eli’s favorite dishes, and gain practical skills to bring these flavors to life at home. From soul-warming comfort foods to heritage-inspired modern dishes, this class celebrates the deep connections between food, identity, and community.
Whether you’re reconnecting with your own roots or discovering these traditions for the first time, this class offers a meaningful way to honor Black History Month—through nourishment, storytelling, and shared culinary joy.
Come hungry for history, culture, and delicious food!
For this class, 1 ticket is for 1 person. Our Hands-On Kitchen is designed for two people per station. If you come on your own, you may be partnered with another guest in the class.
