Game Day Grub & Gridiron Pairings 12/5/26

Saturday December 5 @ 11:00 am - 1:30 pm

Get ready to tailgate like a true member of the Mafia! Join Culinary Education Manager Caitlin Costich and Beverage Education Manager Jen Menges for a game day celebration where great food meets great drinks…and a little friendly debate about which Buffalo Bills player best matches each pairing!
We’ll welcome you with an appetizer while we set the stage: our love of the Bills, the art of pairing beverages with your favorite game day foods, and why every great snack deserves the right sidekick. From there, you’ll roll up your sleeves and make two crowd-pleasing dishes alongside us, with fun twists on Buffalo classics like Beef on Weck and Cup & Char Pizza, each one paired with a beverage chosen to complement it perfectly. We’ll send you home happy with a dessert to finish things off!
At the end of class, we’ll open the floor for some fun crowd participation: think Chicken Wing Dip paired with a Semi-Dry Riesling, and who on the roster fits the bill (pun intended). Is it a Dion Dawkins kind of pairing, or more of a Josh Allen vibe? You decide!
Bills gear encouraged – come ready to rep the Blue and Red!
This event is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the National Football League or the Buffalo Bills.

For this class, 1 ticket is for 1 person. Our Hands-On Kitchen is designed for two people per station. If you come on your own, you may be partnered with another guest in the class. If you’d prefer to be at your own station, we may be able to accommodate this, please note your preference during the checkout process.
