The Sparkling Table @ Lincoln Hill Farms

Tuesday August 25 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

A Finger Lakes Sparkling Wine Experience
Presented by New York Kitchen & Lincoln Hill Farms

Some evenings are worth clearing your calendar for. This is one of them.

On August 25th, New York Kitchen and Lincoln Hill Farms are bringing together six of New York’s most acclaimed sparkling wine producers for The Sparkling Table, an intimate, curated tasting experience – of sparkling wine and chef pairings – set on the stunning grounds of Lincoln Hill Farms, overlooking their newly blooming flower fields. The event runs 6-8pm, with an option to add on a VIP Welcome Reception at 4:30pm (details below).

Producers featured:

  • VIP Welcome Pour: Little Clover
  • Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard
  • Trestle Thirty-One
  • Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery
  • Hosmer Winery
  • Red Tail Ridge Winery
  • Heart & Hands Wine Company

This is a lineup that represents the very best the Finger Lakes, and New York State, has to offer in sparkling wine. These are producers with deep roots and wines that consistently surprise and delight. Getting all six in the same space, pouring for just 100 guests, is something truly special.

Each producer will present their wines personally, including exclusive bottlings, pre-releases, and coveted limited selections. This gives guests a rare opportunity to hear directly from the people behind the bottles. The Lincoln Hill culinary team will craft pairing bites to complement every pour throughout the evening. And at the end of the night, guests will cast a vote for their favorite wine, a friendly, celebratory competition that puts your palate front and center.

The setting does the rest: blooming flower fields, gorgeous open grounds, and the farm’s famously charming goats make for an evening that’s as beautiful as it is delicious. Designed to be savored — and, yes, shared.

An event like this doesn’t come around often. We hope you’ll join us.

VIP Welcome Experience that begins at 4:30pm includes:

  • A welcome pour of Little Clover Sparkling
  • A curated charcuterie selection
  • A guided tour of the NEW flower fields
  • A guided Build-Your-Own Bouquet Experience, where you’ll hand-pick seasonal blooms and create a stunning Lincoln Hill Farms bouquet to take home
Capacity is intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate. We recommend securing your tickets early. Seating is first come first served at Lincoln Hill Farms long, communal tables. Even if tickets are purchased together, you must arrive with your party and find seats together. There is no reserved seating.
