What Grows Together Goes Together: Exploring NYS Food & Wine
Wednesday November 12, 2025 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Class cancelled due to low enrollment.
Celebrate the vibrant bounty of New York State in a food and wine pairing experience inspired by the timeless adage: what grows together goes together. In honor of the annual Grow-NY Food & AgTech Startup Competition & Summit hosted in Canandaigua, New York, this class highlights NYS craft agriculture through thoughtfully curated pairings highlighting local ingredients and producers.
Led by NYK’s Resident Chef Pamela Cecere and Beverage Education Manager Maiah Johnson Dunn, you’ll taste your way through a series of seasonal noshes paired with regional wines, while gaining insights into the unique terroir, farming practices, and flavor profiles deeply rooted in the state.
Whether you’re a curious home cook, an aspiring sommelier, or just a proud New Yorker, this class is for you. Come hungry, curious, and ready to raise a glass to what makes NYS like nowhere else.
