Wine Star Award Celebration

Monday May 4 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

The Finger Lakes Won. Now Let’s Party. Hosted by New York Wine & Grape Foundation and New York Kitchen

Wine Enthusiast just named the Finger Lakes American Wine Region of the Year — and if anyone deserves a night off to celebrate, it’s you.

NYWGF and New York Kitchen are hosting an industry party to pop some corks, watch the awards ceremony video, get your photo with the Wine Star Award, and toast the region that earned it — together.

Monday, May 4th | 6:00–8:00 PM New York Kitchen, Canandaigua NY Remarks at 6:45 PM

We’ll have FLX wines flowing, bites to share, a photographer on hand to capture the moment, and the actual Wine Star Award in the room. Come see it. Touch it. Take a selfie with it.

Dress code: Farmer Fancy // Black Tie & Blundstones

Tickets: One comp ticket per winery (see invite or email for your code to be used on one registration per winery) | $20 for additional guests (purchase ticket below) Industry only — we’ll be verifying registration, so spread the word to your winery fam, not the general public.

We’re asking wineries to invite their entire staff — tasting room, production, vineyard, management, everyone — so please share this with your whole team. To make sure there’s room for as many industry folks as possible, we’re keeping this to winery and funding partner connections only. We kindly ask that tickets not be used for plus-ones — this night is for the people who do the work. Winemakers, vineyard crews, tasting room staff, production teams, management — everyone who helped make this happen deserves to be in the room. Bring the whole crew.

This is your moment. Let’s celebrate it!

Junior Chef Camps also require a minimum age of 12, but do not require adult accompaniment.

ADDITIONAL COOKING CLASS DISCLOSURES:

  1. Closed-toe, non-slip shoes are required for your safety.
  2. Each station accommodates 2 people. For this reason each station must prepare the same dish, with the exception of our Sushi Rolling classes.

  4. To ensure the safety of all guests, we ask that class participants give their full attention to the Chef Instructor as they cover important knife skills and kitchen tips.
  5. With the purchase of your ticket, you recognize that this could present potential cooking hazards including but not limited to cuts, burns, slips, falls, allergic reactions, and other injuries. I release New York Kitchen, its agents, representatives, and employees from all damages causes of action, claims, and liability that might arise from participation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Class ticket purchases are non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to a different class for any reason. This is because New York Kitchen is a nonprofit organization that wants to ensure our educators are properly compensated for their time and plans for classes based on the number of participants registered.
