We loved learning the tips for making the seafood broth and seasoning. Of course the tasting! We absolutely love Alba, she is so personable, knowledgeable, and fun. We love taking her classes, always learn something new and have a great time!

It was all great! Instructor and team made the class a very special and enjoyable time.

Excellent class last night! We can’t wait to have our leftovers and to make these recipes again for our family and friends. Also, we thought the Chef was wonderful! She had the class under control, was easy to follow, went at a good pace, and she knew her recipes. She’s a 10 in our book!

After a day on the always beautiful Canandaigua Lake, Corrie and I enjoyed our first cooking class taught by a 5-star chef. We decided that instead of being served, we would prepare a gourmet dinner worthy of fine dining. It didn't disappoint and we learned a lot--knife skills, deglazing with bourbon, cream sauce and heavenly mashed potatoes with asparagus.
